Fitphoria Nominated for Best Personal Trainer in 2026! Vote for Us!

We won the award in 2025, now we’ve been nominated for 2026. Why vote for us? Personal Training shouldn't be one size fits all. It shouldn't be painful, it shouldn't beat you up, it shouldn't make you dread your session. It should 1) make you feel good, 2) address your specific abilities and weaknesses, 3) progress to more challenge in a sustainable way, and 4) make you want to do more. This is my goal for my clients.

Fitphoria is a small, women-owned, local personal training business. I keep a small number of clients, most of whom come regularly on a one-to-one basis. No session is the same. I spend almost as much time outside the studio thinking about, studying and planning for my clients. Bigger fitness centers offer multi-person classes that are pre-programmed, have instructors with less experience, and don't take individual limitations into consideration. If I was to compete with them in this contest on client numbers alone, I would lose.

What I bring to the table is a thoughtful approach with multiple certifications in fitness. My passion is a Pilates foundation to everything I teach, because the Pilates principles help in every day functional movement as well as exercise and sports. Just ask any of my clients!
