I’m a mom with a former career in marketing, so I’ve worked long days trying to balance family and work life. It took a toll on my body, from carrying children, chasing after pets, and sitting behind a desk a lot with bad ergonomics. With lower back pain from bulging discs, and carpel tunnel syndrome in both wrists, I needed to figure out how to get my body back in shape to do the things I love. So, I made my fitness and nutrition a priority, and got inspired to help others do the same. My body’s not perfect, but I know how to treat it better to avoid pain and feel strong and flexible.

You can trust me as a partner in your journey to better fitness and health. I have 8 years of experience teaching and coaching. Unlike most instructors at fitness studios and gyms, I have invested over 600 hours of training, and achieved certifications in Personal Training (NASM), Pilates instruction (Balanced Body), Medical Fitness (MedFit Education), Corrective Exercise (The Biomechanics Method), and Nutrition Coaching (Precision Nutrition), among others.
