It all started when…

Like many of us, I had trouble balancing family and work life, and it was taking a toll on my body. So, I decided to make my fitness and nutrition a priority. I changed my eating habits, scheduled regular exercise, and lost 18 pounds. The changes in myself inspired me to help others get on track. I pursued certifications in Personal Training, Pilates instruction, medical fitness, and nutrition coaching, and have made it my mission to help clients reach their goals so they can feel great, too.
