Three Things to Do Every Day to Feel Great

1. Spine stretches – Back pain and long-term back problems come from lack of movement. Before you start your day, spend 5-10 minutes to do these movements to keep your spine healthy: Roll Down, Cat/Cow, Tail Wag, Poodle Tail

2. Deep squat – Stiff muscles around the hips can cause back pain and other joint problems. To open up the hips, stop what you’re doing and lower into a deep squat.

3. Shoulder roll – Tension and desk work cause tight neck and upper back muscles. Focus on your breathing and roll your shoulders back and forward to release tightness and improve circulation.
